  • I've always had a passion for yoga, as it was the movement modality that suited and enriched me the most. Yoga was most impactful for me after I had my first child, bringing me strength, compassion for myself, and much joy. For those reasons, I decided to enroll in a 200-hour teacher training to enrich my own practice and better myself even further. Through training, I found a deeper level of my passion for yoga, wanting to bring the same joy and experience to others. In addition to my completed 200-hour Vinyasa training, I have recently received my certification in Prenatal/Postpartum Care yoga and am working towards a training Children's yoga. My passion lies within caring for and creating space for moms of all stages of life in the studio. I now have two beautiful sons, one who is turning 3 this summer, and a newborn.
