General Information

  • We primarily serve pregnancy through parents of 2s.

  • Yes! Parking is plentiful and free

  • Yes! We want to support the entire unit. It is best to add any other grown-ups to your account so we have their names on file.

  • Yes! We love for doulas to attend with their clients. We know it can be really helpful to have a helping hand when leaving the house, especially the first time or few times?

  • Yes absolutely. We say we are the place for parents, which means we want to support the caregivers who support them too!

  • We do have some weekend classes! Keep checking our instagram and sawyer for our most up to date schedule!

Classes and Class Packs

  • All Classes can be purchased as a drop-in. You can also purchase a 5 or 10-class pack that is eligible for weekly recurring classes incuded baby and me classes, fitness classes and support groups.

    We do not sell memberships anymore

  • We no longer offer a free class, but you can apply the cost of your first class towards a 5 or 10 Class Pack if you decide to purchase within one week of attending. This allows you to try a class and then save on future sessions! See more info here.

  • Yes! We want to support the entire unit. It is best to add any other grown-ups to your account so we have their names on file.

  • Yoga Classes: Bring a mat! But we also have extra

    Messy Play: Bring an extra change of clothes. We do get really messy!

    Baby-Steps: Bring your own carrier or borrow one of ours

  • Go to your account calendar and on the right hand side, you will see any upcoming classes you have registered

  • For Members:

    • Late Cancellation Fee: A $10 fee will be applied for cancellations made less than 1 hour before class start

    • No-Show Fee: A $20 fee will be charged if you do not attend class and do not notify us in advance

    For Non-Members:

    • We do not offer refunds; however, if you notify us at least 1 hour before class, you will be eligible for a one-time make-up class. Please note that we will not reschedule this make-up class if you are unable to attend

  • Parent Education Classes are included in both our Prepare for Baby and Premier memberships. These classes last an hour or less and focus on essential topics and skills, offering you the key information you need in a convenient format.

    Workshops, on the other hand, are not included in membership because they offer a more in-depth and hands-on learning experience. Typically lasting 2+ hours, these workshops delve deeper into specific topics, allowing for more interactive and personalized instruction. The extended time and specialized nature of these workshops provide added value, ensuring you gain a comprehensive understanding and practical skills that go beyond the basics. We’ve designed these workshops to be highly focused and impactful, making them a worthwhile investment in your parenting journey.

Membership

  • When you register for classes, it gives you two options 1) Free Trial and 2) Drop-in (with a price attached). Below the drop-in price, it should show a box that says " You can use your membership spots for this class" This is how you know that this class is included in your membership. Choose the Drop-in price. You will have a membership spot applied and will not be charged.

  • If you are on a six month membership, you cannot cancel before the end of the six months. You can, however, email hello@theheybrook.com anytime to request that your membership be canceled at the end of your six month term.

    If you are a monthly memership, email hello@theheybrook.com before your next billing cycle.

  • No, we don't sell memberships at this time. Any reference to membership is for clients in our legacy membership offering
