    A beautifully designed space with everything you need for a stress-free celebration. Includes a 2-hour rental, access to our lounge, kid-friendly play corner, and studio room, plus setup and takedown time. Enjoy a stylish, family-friendly setting without the hassle

    Baby Shower: Celebration Package

    Take your party to the next level with a fully set-up soft Play play area, folding tables and chairs, and extra setup time included in your 2-hour rental. Enjoy these added amenities to make hosting even easier!

  • We have two convenient options that are great for your event!

    • Seattle– Located in the heart of the Wedgwood neighborhood

    • Eastside – Conveniently situated on the Kirkland/Bellevue border off of 520 and 405

  • Baby Shower Classic Package

    • 2-hour private rental of our modern, inviting space

    • 15 min of setup time & 15 min of takedown time to keep things stress-free

    • Access to our lounge with cozy seating for a welcoming atmosphere

    • A dedicated kid-friendly play corner, stocked with engaging toys

    • Full access to our studio room, offering additional space for activities or free play

    • Kitchen access with microwave, fridge, freezer and complimentary coffee and tea for you and your guests

    • Convenient on-site parking and stroller-friendly access

    Baby Shower Celebartion Package:

    Includes everthing in Gather and Play Package PLUS:

    • 15 extra minutes of set-up time (30 min total)

    • Soft Play Setup, providing a safe and exciting play experience for little one

    • Folding tables and chairs, making it easy to set up for food, gifts, or activities

    • Dedicated staff person to assist with setup, answer any questions, and help with anything you need during the party

  • Additional time can be added to the last event of the day for $150/hr for each additional hr

    • Saturdays: 4:30 PM slot

    • Sundays: 2:00 PM slot

    • Weekday Evenings: Any evening event

  • The Gather and Play package incudes 15 minutes of set up time. If you need more set up time you can;

    1) Upgrade to our Ultimate Play Package which includes 30 minutes of set-up time

    2) Add Additional time to your event if available. You can reach out to eventrentals@theheybrook.com to discuss availability

  • You can bring in an outside vendor. We do charge a $100 fee for external vendors.

    • Create or Sign In to Your Profile: If prompted, sign in or create a quick profile.

    • Select "Drop-In" and Click "Next": You won’t be charged until your date is confirmed.

    • Submit Your Request: Click "Request Appointment”: Your booking is not final until we confirm

    • Wait for Confirmation: If the date is available, we will confirm your booking and notify you via email. Once confirmed, your authorized credit card will be charged in full

    • Purchase Any Add-ons: Once your event is confirmed, you can purchase any add-ons in our store

  • The Heybrook offers a beautifully designed venue with thoughtful amenities that create an enjoyable experience for both kids and adults. Unlike traditional play spaces that can feel chaotic and solely focused on children, our space allows adults to relax, connect, and actually have conversations—without constantly chasing after little ones. Plus, we provide so many built-in amenities that planning your event is stress-free, with no need for external vendors (unless you want to bring them in for a personal touch!). It’s a seamless, elevated, and fun way to celebrate.
