  • Cozy communal space with leather chairs, round tables, a green couch, floral wallpaper, baby play area, bookshelves, kitchen appliances, and baby gear.

    Classic Package - $450

    A beautiful, family-friendly space with everything you need for a simple, stress-free celebration. Includes a 2-hour rental, plus setup/cleanup time, lounge seating, play area, and studio space

  • Indoor playroom with soft play structures and toys, featuring a small slide, tunnel, padded steps, animal figurine, and a playhouse. Large windows provide natural light, and there is a floral-patterned wall.

    Celebration Package - $650

    Show up and celebrate. Includes everything in Classic, plus soft play, tables + chairs, and extra setup time—so hosting is easy from start to finish

  • Themed Celebration Package - $1150

    Walk into a fully styled, photo-ready party. Includes everything in Celebration, plus custom decor, backdrop, props, and themed details throughout the space

  • We have two convenient options that are great for your event!

    • Seattle– Located in the heart of the Wedgwood neighborhood

    • Eastside – Conveniently situated on the Kirkland/Bellevue border off of 520 and 405

  • All packages include a 2-hour private rental (plus setup/cleanup time), access to our lounge, studio, and play areas, plus amenities like coffee, kitchenette use, baby gear, and free parking.

    From there, packages build on each other:

    • Celebration adds soft play, tables + chairs, extra setup time, and staff support

    • Themed Celebration includes full styling and decor for a photo-ready experience

  • We offer a curated selection of themes, including:

    • Wild ONE / TWO Wild (Wildflower)

    • ONE Happy Camper / S’more Fun at TWO (Mountain)

    • Fast ONE / TWO Fast (Cars)

    • How the West Was ONE / Little Buckaroo Turns TWO (Western)

    • First or Second Trip Around the Sun (Boho sun + rainbow)

    • The Big ONE (Beach/Waves)

  • Are toys included?

    Yes! All parties include access to our kid-friendly play corner with toys.

    If you’d like a full soft play setup, that’s included in our Celebration Package or Themed Package.

    • Purposeful Play Class - $150

    All party add-ons are subject to availability, so we recommend inquiring early to ensure your preferred options are available for your celebration

  • Additional time may be added to your booking at $150 per hour, pending availability.

    Please reach out to us to confirm if extra time can be accommodated on your desired date.

  • Each package includes dedicated setup time, with more time included in our Celebration package.

    If you need additional time beyond that, you can book additional time.

  • Yes, but all vendors must be pre-approved by Heybrook. We don’t allow vendors who provide services similar to those we offer, and we review all other requests to ensure they’re a good fit for our space and community.

  • Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own caterer at no extra fee, but they must follow our catering guidelines, including cleaning and leaving the space in the same condition as they found it.

  • Folding tables and chairs are included in our Celebration and Theme packages.

    For Classic, they can be added on for $75.

  • Parties are offered during dedicated time slots:

    • Weekends: 10:00 AM, 1:00 PM, or 4:00 PM

    • Weeknights (Mon–Fri): 5:30–7:30 PM (save 20%)

  • The Heybrook offers a beautifully designed venue with thoughtful amenities that create an enjoyable experience for both kids and adults. Unlike traditional play spaces that can feel chaotic and solely focused on children, our space allows adults to relax, connect, and actually have conversations—without constantly chasing after little ones. Plus, we provide so many built-in amenities that planning your event is stress-free, with no need for external vendors (unless you want to bring them in for a personal touch!). It’s a seamless, elevated, and fun way to celebrate.

  • We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your event, 50% of the rental fee will be refunded.

    If cancellation occurs within 10 days of your event, the full rental fee will be forfeited.

    Need to reschedule? You can move your event to another available date for a $150 rebooking fee (if more than 10 days out) or $250 (if within 10 days of your event).

"If you’re looking for the perfect spot to host a kids’ party, this is it! We celebrated our daughter’s first birthday at the Heybrook, and it was amazing. The space is perfectly equipped for little ones—plenty of toys, cozy seating, and separate quiet areas so our 3-month-old could nap without a peep from the party. We loved the add-ons like the bouncy house and face painting, all for a simple flat rate. With about 20 kids and 50 total guests, everyone had room to move and enjoy themselves. The Bluetooth audio let us play our favorite playlist, and all the parents commented on how much fun their kids had. We can’t recommend the Heybrook enough”
