Want to take the stress out of hosting? The Ultimate Play Package includes all the benefits of our Gather & Play Package, plus a dedicated staff member, extra setup time, Soft Play Set-Up, and extra seating arrangements—making it even easier to create a fun and seamless event.

This package includes:

  • 2-hour private rental of our modern, inviting space

  • 30 extra minutes of setup time & 15 minutes of takedown time giving you extra time to prepare (on top of the 2 hr event)

  • Soft Play Setup, providing a safe and exciting play experience for little one

  • Folding tables and chairs, making it easy to set up for food, gifts, or activities

  • Dedicated staff person to assist with setup and help with anything you need during the party

  • Access to our lounge with cozy seating for a welcoming atmosphere

  • A dedicated kid-friendly play corner, stocked with engaging toys

  • Full access to our studio room, offering additional space for activities or free play

  • Kitchenette access with complimentary coffee and tea for you and your guests

  • Convenient on-site parking and stroller-friendly access

  • Up to 50 guests

    If you add additional time or party add-ons, the price will increase.

  • Additional time can be added to the last event of the day for $150/hr for each additional hr

    • Saturdays: 4:30 PM slot

    • Sundays: 2:00 PM slot

    • Weekday Evenings: Any evening event

  • The Gather and Play package incudes 15 minutes of set up time. If you need more set up time you can;

    1) Upgrade to our Ultimate Play Package which includes 30 minutes of set-up time

    2) Add Additional time to your event if available. You can reach out to eventrentals@theheybrook.com to discuss availability

  • You can bring in an outside vendor. We do charge a $100 fee for external vendors.

    • Wait for Confirmation: If the date is available, we will confirm your booking and notify you via email. Once confirmed, your authorized credit card will be charged in full

    • Purchase Any Add-ons: Once your event is confirmed, you can purchase any add-ons in our store
