Mindful Tots

Welcome to Mindful Tots, a fun and nurturing class designed to introduce toddlers to relaxation and calm play. This engaging session focuses on simple techniques that help toddlers develop self-regulation, sensory awareness, and body mindfulness, providing them with tools to navigate their emotions and explore their senses in a gentle, supportive environment.

Class Structure: This class is all about fun, with no pressure. It’s focused on exposure, practice, and building foundational skills at their own pace, in a playful, low-stress setting.

  • 5 Min: Welcome

  • 10 Min: Guided Mindfulness Activities

  • 15 Min: Active Movement and Return to Calm

  • 15 Min: Open Exploration
