I took the childbirth essentials class, the teacher was great, and it was refreshing to not be in a hospital setting for the class and still have evidence based info. Enjoyed the prenatal yoga class as well. The space is warm and welcoming, can’t wait to bring my newborn in the coming months!

  • The Heybrook has been such an amazing find! My only regret was not knowing about it sooner! The space makes early motherhood feel like a team effort and helps to break up some of the monotony of newborn days at home. Everyone is incredibly welcoming, the class instructors all take a very personalized approach and make sure to accommodate all skill and comfort levels in their classes.
