Flexible Class Formats to Fit Your Life

    Weekly classes that span multiple weeks. Some are fixed series with a set start and end date, while others, like our Dads Group, roll over monthly

  • Drop in sessions

    Offered weekly, but you can join any session without ongoing commitment. Perfect for fitting a class around naps, schedules, or changing plans

  • Wrokshos

    One-time classes designed to provide focused, hands-on learning in a single session - offered periodically

The Heybrook is here to change that. We’re creating a support system that is expert-led, intentional, and deeply human—rooted in real-world community and connection. A place that wraps around families from pregnancy through early childhood, helping parents feel seen, supported, and empowered.

  • I just started my third trimester and so happy to have been given this rec by my co-worker. I took the childbirth essentials class, the teacher was great, and it was refreshing to not be in a hospital setting for the class and still have evidence based info. Enjoyed the prenatal yoga class as well. The space is warm and welcoming, can’t wait to bring my newborn in the coming months!

  • The Heybrook has been such an amazing find! My only regret was not knowing about it sooner! The space makes early motherhood feel like a team effort and helps to break up some of the monotony of newborn days at home. Everyone is incredibly welcoming, the class instructors all take a very personalized approach and make sure to accommodate all skill and comfort levels in their classes.
